Fashion magnate John Robinson, who utilized Kate Middleton before she wed Prince William, has actually won a three-year battle to host wedding events at his Cotswolds estate.

The multi-millionaire founder of fashion chain Jigsaw needed to get rid of objections from locals about sound pollution and overloaded roads. He was offered 4 months' notice in 2022 to stop hosting events at his ₤ 12 million residential or commercial property, Euridge Manor.

But, after a nine-day public inquiry, Robinson, 77, has been granted consent to continue hosting events on the stretching 450-acre estate, where Poldark star Eleanor Tomlinson exchanged pledges with rugby gamer Will Owen.

'Euridge Manor Weddings is pleased at the grant of planning authorization,' a representative says.

When Robinson bought Euridge Manor Farm in 1980, it covered 200 acres, with a five-bedroom farmhouse, outbuildings and 3 homes. But the magnate extended the estate, buying 250 acres of surrounding land, and developing an orangery with 2 bedrooms and an indoor swimming pool.

He married now ex-wife Belle at Euridge in 2004. After their divorce in 2014, Robinson signed up business Euridge Manor Weddings Incorporated and started hosting events.

No cut costs for Stella's clan

You might believe the name McCartney would open doors and curry favours - especially for a relation of Sir Paul.

But comedienne Sophie McCartney, a cousin of the former Beatle, states it does not cut any ice with Sir Paul's child, designer Stella.

'When I was more youthful, my Nana took me to Paris because I wanted to be a style designer as I was doing textiles GCSE,' states Sophie.

'We went to go and see Stella. She was at Chloe at the time. I did get some sunglasses and a Chloe [bag] But that's it.

'But no I've never had any Stella McCartney discount.

Lily's pals get a wake-up call as star states she ranks them

Anyone getting unanticipated FaceTime calls from Lily Allen for catch-up talks perhaps should not feel too honoured or delighted - till they've exercised its duration and the interval since the last one.

'I produce lists of people who I like in order of how much I like them,' the pop vocalist, 40, reveals. 'I send out that list to my assistant and ask her to schedule the time for me to have FaceTimes with them.'

In March, I exposed that Lily's spouse, Stranger Things star David Harbour, had been having an affair with a coworker. 'David cheated on Lily,' an associate told me. 'They met on a movie they did together.'

Duckface is a punchy guest

She knocked Hugh Grant's character flat out after being jilted in Four Weddings And A Funeral, and 'duckface' Anna Chancellor is practically as pugnacious in reality.

The actress, 60, confesses she lost her cool at Arizona's Grand Canyon. 'I behaved rather severely,' she informs Travel Secrets podcast.

'I reserved a "1930s cabin" - when I acted I was like, "This is s ***". I said, "You need to relocate me". I'm capable of kicking up a fuss.'

The Ritz played a crucial role in King Charles's life when he and Camilla Parker Bowles were visualized leaving the London hotel in 1999 in their first public appearance together as a couple.

And His Majesty was, I hear, fast to get in touch earlier this year when The Ritz was awarded fine dining's desired award.

Former 'It-girl' Tamara Beckwith's wild partying days aren't entirely behind her if this picture is anything to pass.

Tamara, 55, went to the elegant dress tenth wedding anniversary celebration of Sofia Barattieri Weinstein, co-chair of the London Air Ambulance, and her hubby, Brian Weinstein, in Sicily at the weekend.

Beckwith can be seen surrounded by fellow partygoers impersonated priests and nuns in these photos she shared online.

'It was an amazing example of when pals demonstrate how much they love their hosts,' says Tamara, who is married to Italian entrepreneur Giorgio Veroni. 'Incredible gowns, head-dresses, naughty lace, brocades and enchanted gardens filled with candlelight.'
