Fall

2020

Halloween-themed skin filter event.

  • When applied, it would turn creatures different shades of orange, green, purple, black, and white.
  • It could be disabled by disabling seasonal-themed skin filters in settings.
  • It was only active on Halloween.
  • The Halloween-themed skin filter did not return after 2020 due to complaints of it ruining people's skins.

Winter

2022

Seasonal Winter Snowflake Parasaurolophus Skin event.

  • This event ran from December 14th, 2022 to January 1st, 2023.
  • This skin was able to be unlocked by growing a Parasaurolophus to Gauntlet age (1.32) on any server running the Life Cycle game mode.
  • This skin is no longer obtainable as of January 1st, 2022. It's possible it will be able to be earned again in future events.
  • When the skin was unlocked, a notification for earning the Winter skin would display, granting the player the ability to select and use this skin.
  • It will always be available to the player on any server once it has been unlocked. Originally this was not the case, and the skin had to be unlocked on a per-server basis.
  • The dusting of snow on top of the model can be toggled on or off in the character tab.
  • The skin is fully customizable - including the colors of the blanket - and has a glowing snowflake layer on said blanket.
  • When the achievement system was implemented, an achievement for having earned this skin was granted to every player who had done so.
