AI stands for Artificial Intelligence. They are programmed to move (and potentially even attack) on their own without being controlled by a player.

Currently, not many AI exist in Beasts of Bermuda. The existing AI are the following: - Fish - Tornados - Raptors (removed)

AI Raptors once used to patrol the beaches of certain maps, and attacked players within a certain range. They can no longer be found on any map today.

Fish are the only current AI creatures in the game. They are designed to be eaten by piscivores, such as the Pteranodon.

Tornadoes, surprisingly, count as an AI. Once spawned, a tornado will proceed to track down the nearest terrestrial creature. Once the tracked creature dies, swims underwater, flies away, or rests under 100% shelter, the tornado will abandon the target and seek the next closest terrestrial creature.

In the future, there will be other AI creatures. The developers have hinted at the potential addition of crabs.
