Overview
The Lurdusaurus is a playable herbivore in Beasts of Bermuda. Despite a herbivore, it cannot properly digest the foliage found on land. In fact, it gets food poisoning from doing so! Instead, the Lurdusaurus is a semiaquatic and must submerge itself in large bodies of water to locate and consume aquatic plants, which mostly consists of a variety of seaweeds.
Since it can move on both land and water, the Lurdusaurus can escape from terrestrial predators by plunging into the water, or flee from aquatics by climbing back onto land. However, running from predators is never its only option, as the Lurdusaurus is actually very strong. It can severely injure its foes by striking them with its spiky feet protrusions, crush victims with a rapid underwater dart, or perform a powerful stomp that can inflict high amounts of injury. As such, the Lurdusaurus is an excellent choice for players who seek a tough herbivore that can travel throughout the map's oceans with ease.

Cons:
- Loud
- Slow running speed
- Needs to eat quite frequently
- Easily spotted by aquatic predators

Abilities
- Primary Attack: The Lurdusaurus jabs its foot spike forward. It deals high damage and has a slightly slow attack speed.
- Secondary Attack: Two different attacks depending on if the Lurdusaurus is on land or in water. When on land, it performs a charge maneuver, when it does, it's fast & can cause severe damage, there is a 1.5 second cooldown. When this cooldown is active, Lurdusaurus cannot charge. When in water, it darts forwards, instantly damaging creatures along the way & can be done by holding down the RMB (Right Mouse Button).
Special Ability: Using the Secondary Attack when trapped inside the jaws of a Mosasaurus will allow the Lurdusaurus to struggle out of it, though it costs a high amount of ability power and injures the Lurdusaurus in the process.

Strengths
Lurdusaurus are the only animal in Beasts of Bermuda to eat Kelp. (Only in older maps) While they do rely on the water for this, there is no competition for food.
The only other competition for the water is Ichthyovenator, but Lurdusaurus can either hide from them or run from them or fight them. If one chooses to fight them, they be likely to kill an Ithchy.
They can also herd with other herbivores and are quite powerful in a group.

Weakness
The Lurdusaurus has to eat quite frequently, meaning it will have to enter the water a lot. Though its sheer power lets it nearly go toe-to-toe against the Mosasaurus, it is not strong enough to defend itself from the Kronosaurus. Another problem with this frequent eating is that a herd of Lurdusaurus will quickly consume entire patches of aquatic plants, which will force them to be on the move for new areas, leaving the water and onto land, where large, hard-hitting predators such as the Tyrannosaurus rex roam.
The slow speed of the Lurdusaurus leaves it vulnerable to Megaraptor, Megalosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus, Tyrannosaurus rex, unless they are skilled or have the talents required to deal with said creatures
Also, If one runs out of charge on land or runs out of dart in water, they are vulnerable to both Terrestrial & Aquatic Creatures (Mainly Krono & Mosa, since both of them have the grab, but if Elasmo if in a giant group)

Additional Notes
- The Lurdusaurus was once perfectly capable of eating fish. This was unintended and fixed.
- During the first day of the Lurdusaurus's release, the model was bugged. Its head and feet were covered in red-lined spheres left over from the animation software.
- Lurdusaurus got a remodel with the new Titania update
